LANDSEA MGMT (00106) appoints Zhang Chenlong as Executive Director and Chairman of the Board.

LANDSEA MGMT (00106) announced that Mr. Zhou Kunpeng has resigned as executive director and chairman of the board, as well as chairman of the company's Environment, Social and Governance Committee and authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, effective from August 15, 2025, as he intends to devote more time to other personal matters. On the same day, Mr. Zhang Chenlong has been appointed as executive director, chairman of the board, and chairman of the Environment, Social and Governance Committee, and also as the authorized representative under Rule 3.05. On the same day, Ms. Gao Yuan has resigned as company secretary, authorized representative, and legal process agent of the company.
