BOAN BIOTECH (06955) announced that the placement matters were completed on August 14, 2025. A total of 48 million new shares (equivalent to approximately 7.71% of the total issued shares after the placement and issuance of new shares) were placed at a price of HK$16.42 per share to no less than six subscribers. The net proceeds received by the company from the placement amount to approximately HK$780 million.
