According to the prospectus, the company originally planned to issue 2 million common shares at a price of $4 per share, with an expected fundraising size of $8 million. As per SEC prospectus regulations, if market demand is strong, underwriters can issue an additional 15% of shares (30,000 shares), bringing the total fundraising amount to a maximum of $9 million. Based on the proposed offering price, ECS Technology's market value will reach $88 million.
As a technology service provider specializing in cloud integrated enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions, ECS Technology's core business is to provide digital upgrade services to companies in the Hong Kong region with outdated and decentralized software systems.
