ATV HOLDINGS (00707) announced that the company hereby clarifies that CPL Group is mainly engaged in the processing, printing, sales, and subcontracting services of finished fabrics. After the sale, the Group has ceased to engage in related businesses. As of the year ended December 31, 2024, CPL Group generated revenue of approximately RMB 320 million, accounting for about 40.7% of the Group's total revenue.
The Group will continue to engage in the fabric and garment trading business, which is one of the Group's main businesses. As of the year ended December 31, 2024, the trading business generated revenue of RMB 19.96 million (accounting for about 25.1% of the Group's total revenue) and incurred a net loss of RMB 0.96 million.
Furthermore, the trading remains suspended.
