ATV Holdings (00707): Termination of litigation

ATV Holdings (00707) announced that Hong Kong Science Park Corporation, as the plaintiff, and the company's subsidiary, Asia Television Limited, as the defendant, have reached a friendly settlement regarding the legal proceedings in the Hong Kong High Court concerning the property located at 25-37 Tai Shing Street, Tai Po Industrial Estate, New Territories, Hong Kong. As a result, all legal proceedings (including any counterclaims by the defendant) will be fully terminated without any order as to costs.
