REFIRE (02570): Guangdong Exploration Automobile intends to invest 100 million yuan in Guangdong Enze.

REFIRE (02570) announced that on August 8, 2025, the company's subsidiary Guangdong Exploration Automobile and Guangdong Enze, along with Enze Fund, entered into a Guangdong Enze capital increase agreement to increase the registered capital of Guangdong Enze in order to support the company's strategic planning in the hydrogen production field and further expand the hydrogen market. In accordance with this, Guangdong Exploration Automobile has agreed to contribute RMB 100 million in cash to the registered capital of Guangdong Enze. Guangdong Enze is primarily engaged in the research and development of emerging energy technologies and automotive components, as well as engineering and technical research and experimental development. As of the date of this announcement, Guangdong Exploration Automobile does not hold any equity in Guangdong Enze; and Guangdong Enze is wholly owned by Enze Fund. After the completion of the Guangdong Enze capital increase agreement, Guangdong Exploration Automobile, Enze Fund, and an independent third party will respectively hold approximately 30.30%, 60.60%, and 9.10% of the equity in Guangdong Enze.
