NH HEALTH (06606) announced that Kong Jiangnan has resigned as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the board remuneration committee, member of the board nomination committee, and member of the company's independent special committee, effective from August 8, 2025, in order to dedicate more time to other matters and support the company's smooth transition. In addition, trading of the company's shares will continue to be suspended.
