GREENLAND BROAD (01253) announced that Mr. Wang Yaoming has been appointed as an executive director, effective from August 8, 2025. Dr. Jin Hexian has resigned as an independent non-executive director in order to dedicate more time to personal matters, and will no longer serve as the chairman of the company's Remuneration Committee, a member of the Audit Committee, and a member of the Nomination Committee, effective from August 8, 2025. Ms. Zhang Rui has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, the chairman of the Remuneration Committee, a member of the Audit Committee, and a member of the Nomination Committee, effective from August 8, 2025.
