New China Life Insurance (01336) announced that the company recently received the approval from the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission for Mr. Zhang Xiaodong to serve as a non-executive director of the company. Mr. Zhang Xiaodong's term as a non-executive director will be effective from August 6, 2025 until the expiration of the eighth term of the Board of Directors. Mr. Zhang Xiaodong will not receive any director's fees or compensation from the company.
