Swire Properties (01972) announced that Ms. Theresa Lung Yin Yee intends to retire as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of the company in May 2026. Mr. Si Sai Wah is currently the Group Finance Director of Swire Properties' affiliated company, Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Company Limited, and will succeed Ms. Theresa Lung Yin Yee as Chief Financial Officer of the company upon her retirement. The retirement and appointment mentioned above will take effect on a date to be announced by the company separately.
