AMD's second quarter performance for the period ending on June 28, 2025, showed a year-on-year revenue growth of 31.71% and a quarterly growth of 3.32%, reaching $7.685 billion, higher than the market's expected $7.41 billion. However, the data center division, which contributes to AI chip revenue, recorded quarterly revenue of $3.24 billion, a year-on-year growth of 14.33%, lower than market expectations of $3.31 billion.
