MicroPort (00853) announced that the company has recently received several conversion notices from lenders, requesting the exercise of the conversion rights attached to convertible loans. The lenders have requested to convert a portion of the principal amount of $41.5 million USD (equivalent to $325 million HKD) at a conversion price of $7.46 HKD per share into 43.55 million shares of convertible stock.
Therefore, on August 4, 2025, the 43.55 million shares of convertible stock (representing approximately 2.34% of the total issued shares before the issuance of the convertible stock and 2.29% after the issuance) have been issued to the relevant lenders in accordance with the terms and conditions of the convertible loans.
