ELATE HOLDINGS (00076) announces that, as the company has been unable to reach an agreement with Hong Kong Linkgood How & Co. Limited on the audit fees for the group audit for the financial year ending on December 31, 2025, Linkgood How has resigned from the position of the company's auditor, effective from August 1, 2025. Upon the recommendation of the company's audit committee, the board of directors has decided to appoint Eternal Green (Hong Kong) Certified Public Accountants as the company's new auditor, effective from August 4, 2025, to fill the temporary vacancy caused by the resignation of Linkgood How. The appointment will be until the next annual general meeting of the company (and must be reappointed by the company's shareholders at that meeting).
