SOCAM DEV(00983): Zheng Jiaheng appointed as Company Secretary

SOCAM DEV (00983) announced that Ms. Ruohe Chen (Ms. Chen) will retire and resign from the position of Company Secretary of the company, effective from August 1, 2025. Mr. Jiaheng Zheng (Mr. Zheng) has been appointed as the new Company Secretary of the company, effective from August 1, 2025. Mr. Zheng joined the company as Deputy Company Secretary in March 2025.
