CHINA ECOTOUR (01371) has announced that, in accordance with the order issued by the court on July 25, 2025, including the postponement of the hearing to September 29, 2025 at 9:30 am in front of Judge Sharles, the hearing scheduled for July 28, 2025 at 9:30 am has been cancelled.
The company has applied to the Hong Kong High Court to convene a creditors' meeting to consider and, if appropriate, approve a scheme (creditors' scheme) arrangement. The hearing for this has been conducted on July 24, 2025 at 10:00 am in case HCMP802/2025 in front of Judge Sharles.
The court has also ordered that the company is authorized to convene a creditors' meeting to discuss the creditors' scheme. This creditors' meeting is scheduled to take place on September 24, 2025, and the approval hearing for the creditors' scheme by the Hong Kong High Court is scheduled for October 15, 2025.
