Guangdong Dcenti Auto-Parts Stock (603335.SH) announced that the company's holding subsidiary, Guangdong Dcenti Auto-Parts Stock New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Guangdong Dcenti Auto-Parts Stock New Materials Company") and Guangdong Weima New Materials Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Guangdong Weima Company") plan to jointly invest with Jiangsu Fengchuang Environmental Energy Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jiangsu Fengchuang Company") and Jia Shurong to establish the company "Guangdong Zhongtuo Metal Resources Co., Ltd." (referred to as "Guangdong Zhongtuo Company", subject to the final name approved by the industrial and commercial administrative authorities), with a registered capital of 50 million yuan. Jiangsu Fengchuang Company will contribute 27.5 million yuan in cash, accounting for 55% of the registered capital; Guangdong Dcenti Auto-Parts Stock New Materials Company will contribute 10 million yuan in cash, accounting for 20% of the registered capital; Guangdong Weima Company will contribute 10 million yuan in cash, accounting for 20% of the registered capital; Jia Shurong will contribute 2.5 million yuan in cash, accounting for 5% of the registered capital.
