CIRC(01763) appoints Xiaoyafei as Chairman

CIRC (01763) announced that on July 25, 2025, the board of directors unanimously appointed Mr. Xiao Yafei as the chairman of the fourth board of directors. He will also serve as the chairman of the board's strategic committee, legal committee, technology innovation committee, and the compensation and assessment committee. His term will end on the completion of the fourth board of directors' term.
