BANKCOMM (03328) announced that, with the approval of the relevant regulatory agencies, BANKCOMM Limited ("the Bank") has publicly issued the "BANKCOMM Limited 2025 Second Series Total Loss Absorption Capacity Non-Capital Bonds (Bond Connect)" on the national interbank bond market, and completed the issuance on July 23, 2025.
The total issuance size of this bond is RMB 30 billion, divided into two types. Type one is a 4-year fixed-rate bond with an issuance size of RMB 25 billion and a coupon rate of 1.78%, with a conditional call option at the end of the third year; type two is a 4-year floating-rate bond with an issuance size of RMB 5 billion, a initial coupon rate of 1.82%, and a fixed spread of 0.24%, also with a conditional call option at the end of the third year.
The proceeds from this bond issuance, after deducting issuance costs, will be used to enhance the Bank's total loss absorption capacity in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory approvals.
