SFK(01447): The existing stock option plan has expired.

SFK(01447) announced that on November 19, 2015, SFK Construction Group Limited (the Company) adopted a stock purchase plan (existing stock purchase plan) based on the ordinary resolution of the Company's shareholders. The existing stock purchase plan is valid for ten years from the date of adoption and will expire on November 19, 2025. After the expiration of the existing stock purchase plan, the Company will no longer grant stock options. As of the date of this announcement, there are no unexercised stock options under the existing stock purchase plan.
