The three-month HIBOR, reflecting bank funding costs, was at 1.8322%, a decrease of 10.036 basis points. The overnight rate was at 0.19006%, an increase of 5.774 basis points. The one-week HIBOR dropped by 2.702 basis points to 0.23619%, while the two-week rate fell by 2.637 basis points to 0.53357%. For longer-term rates, the six-month HIBOR decreased by 7.821 basis points to 2.43292%, while the one-year rate dropped by 2.011 basis points to 2.90441%.
