According to the latest information from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on July 17, Chairman Allan Yau Chi reduced his holdings of MEXAN (00022) by 800,000 shares, at a price of 0.1703 Hong Kong dollars per share, with a total amount of approximately 136,200 Hong Kong dollars. After the reduction, the latest number of shares held is approximately 1.347 billion shares, with a new shareholding percentage of 68.5%.
