Wuxi Lihu Corporation (300694.SZ) announced that it plans to transfer 45.45% of its equity in Guangdong Gaoneng Lihu Solid-State Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Gaoneng Lihu") to Gaoneng Shidai at a price of RMB 0. The subscribed capital of Gaoneng Lihu is RMB 10 million, with no paid-up capital. On July 15, 2025, the company signed a Share Transfer Agreement with Gaoneng Shidai regarding the transfer of equity in Guangdong Gaoneng Lihu Solid-State Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Share Transfer Agreement"). After the completion of this equity transfer, Gaoneng Shidai will hold 100% of the equity in Gaoneng Lihu (corresponding to a registered capital of RMB 22 million), and the company will no longer hold any equity in Gaoneng Lihu.
