INNOVATIVE PHAR(00399): Termination of Subscription Agreement

INNOVATIVE PHAR (00399) announced that, after further negotiation and discussion, the subscriber failed to fulfill their obligations under the subscription agreement. Taking into account the current market conditions, the company and the subscriber have decided not to proceed with the subscription. Therefore, on July 15, 2025, the company and the subscriber entered into a termination agreement, whereby the parties to the subscription agreed to terminate the subscription agreement. All rights, interests, obligations, and liabilities of the parties under the subscription agreement will cease and terminate, effective from July 15, 2025, and neither party shall make any claims against the other party regarding any matters arising from or related to the subscription agreement.
