FEG Holdings (01413) announced that Mr. Yuan Shengwei has been appointed as one of the joint company secretaries and the Chief Financial Officer of the company, effective from July 11, 2025. Mr. Ho Yuk Ming will continue to serve as a joint company secretary, while Mr. Yuan Shengwei will be another joint company secretary. In addition, Mr. Ho Yuk Ming has resigned as the authorized representative of the company due to other business arrangements, and Mr. Yuan Shengwei has been appointed as the new authorized representative.
