HUADIAN POWER(01071) announced that recently, the company received a letter from Huatai United Securities regarding the change of the lead independent financial advisor for the restructuring project. Shen Di, the former lead independent financial advisor, is no longer able to fulfill the role due to personal work changes. In order to ensure the orderly progress of the project, in accordance with relevant regulations, Huatai United Securities has appointed Wu Sihang to replace Shen Di and perform the responsibilities of the lead independent financial advisor.
