CSSC Offshore & Marine Engineering (00317) announced that Mr. Xu Wanxu, the Chairman of the 11th Supervisory Board of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation Offshore & Marine Engineering and Defence Equipment Co., Ltd., resigned from his position as Supervisory Board member and Chairman on July 11, 2025, due to a change in job responsibilities. During the 13th meeting of the 11th Board of Directors held on July 11, 2025, the Board approved a resolution to nominate Mr. Luo Bing as a candidate for Executive Director of the 11th Board of Directors of the company.
