Huatai (06886): Huatai International provides guarantee for the issuance of $100 million medium-term notes by Huatai International Finance.

Huatai (06886) announced that its overseas wholly-owned subsidiary, Huatai International Financial Holdings Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Huatai International"), established a maximum principal amount of 3 billion US dollars (or equivalent in other currencies) offshore medium-term note program (hereinafter referred to as the "MTN Program") through its subsidiary Huatai International Finance Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Huatai International Finance") on October 27, 2020. This MTN Program is guaranteed by Huatai International (hereinafter referred to as "this guarantee"). On July 11, 2025, Huatai International Finance issued a medium-term note under the above MTN Program, with an issuance amount of 100 million US dollars. Based on the US dollar to Renminbi exchange rate on June 30, 2025 (1 US dollar = 7.1586 Renminbi), the total amount of the guarantee is 716 million Renminbi.
