BEIDA JADE BIRD (08095) announced that, on July 11, 2025 (after trading hours), its non wholly-owned subsidiary Legendary Tourism (Hunan) has entered into a cooperation agreement with Zhonggui Green Energy and Zhuzhou Qinko regarding the establishment of a joint venture company in China. The joint venture company will be owned by Legendary Tourism (Hunan) with 49% equity, Zhonggui Green Energy with 36% equity, and Zhuzhou Qinko with 15% equity, and will be a subsidiary of the company. The registered capital of the joint venture company will be 100 million RMB. The establishment of the joint venture company is intended for the development and operation of sightseeing rail transportation, sightseeing buses, and related facilities within the Zagana Scenic Area.
