(referred to as "Zhongyan Alkali Industry"), signed a "Mining Rights Transfer Agreement" with the Natural Resources Bureau of Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Zhongyan Alkali Industry obtained the mining rights for natural alkali with a total of 6.80866 billion yuan.
The mining rights involve the mining project named: Natural alkali mining rights in Daqintala area of Naiman Banner, Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region; The minerals to be mined are: natural alkali, co-existing rock salt, boron; Mining method: underground mining; Area is approximately 28.85 square kilometers.
