HUAKANG BIOMED(08622): Wang Yachun appointed as chairman of the remuneration committee.

HUAKANG BIOMED (08622) announced that, effective from July 8, 2025, the following changes will take effect: (1) Dr. Zheng Fading has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the company and will no longer serve as the chairman of the company's audit committee and remuneration committee; (2) Ms. Wang Yachun has been appointed as the chairman of the company's remuneration committee; and (3) Mr. Xu Yongde has been appointed as the chairman of the company's audit committee.
