Ryan Capital's statistics on Hong Kong intermediary agencies show that in the past 24 months (July 2023 to June 2025), there were a total of 13 auditors involved in the audit business of 155 newly listed companies in Hong Kong. The top 4 auditors were PricewaterhouseCoopers, EY, KPMG, and Deloitte, collectively holding a market share of 90.3%. (1) Data for the past 24 months (July 2023 to June 2025) According to the statistics, in the past 24 months, a total of 13 auditors were involved in the audit business of 155 newly listed companies. In terms of the number of audits conducted in the past 24 months, the top 4 auditors were: PricewaterhouseCoopers, with 41 companies, accounting for 26.5% and ranking first; EY, with 40 companies, accounting for 25.8% and ranking second; KPMG, with 36 companies, accounting for 23.2% and ranking third; Deloitte, with 23 companies, accounting for 14.8% and ranking fourth. These four auditors collectively hold a market share of 90.3%.
