CIRC (01763) intends to appoint Xia Yafei as an executive director.

CIRC (01763) announced that Mr. Han Yongjiang (Mr. Han) resigned from the positions of Executive Director, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Board's Strategic Committee, Chairman of the Board's Legal Committee, and Chairman of the Board's Technology Innovation Committee of the company due to work adjustment reasons, effective from July 4, 2025. After his resignation, Mr. Han will no longer hold any position in the company. On July 4, 2025, the Board of Directors resolved to appoint Mr. Xiao Yafei (Mr. Xiao) as the Executive Director of the fourth session of the Board of Directors of the company, with a term from the date approved by the shareholders at the shareholders' meeting until the expiration of the fourth session of the Board of Directors. The appointment mentioned above is subject to approval by the shareholders at the shareholders' meeting and will take effect after approval at the meeting.
