Sichuan Zhongguang Lightning Protection Technologies (300414.SZ) announced that in early July 2025, the company signed the "Gongqingcheng Youchuang Surpass Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) Partnership Agreement" with Shenzhen Blue Ocean Youchuang Fund Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Blue Ocean Fund") and other partners. The company, as one of the limited partners, plans to invest in the Gongqingcheng Youchuang Surpass Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Fund" or "Youchuang Surpass").
After being registered with the China Securities Investment Fund Industry Association, Youchuang Surpass will carry out investment activities, directly or indirectly investing in Chengdu Chaode Technology Co., Ltd. The total amount of capital subscribed by the fund in this round is RMB 21.02 million, of which the company plans to subscribe RMB 5 million with its own funds, holding 23.7869% of the fund's shares.
