Land Registry of Hong Kong: Residential building sales contracts in Hong Kong increased by 54.4% year-on-year in June.
In the above-mentioned sales contracts, the residential building sales contracts account for 5,955, with a monthly increase of 16.7% and a year-on-year increase of 54.4%; the total value of residential building sales contracts is 61.1 billion yuan, with a monthly increase of 59.7% and a year-on-year increase of 77%.
The Hong Kong Land Registry announced that a total of 7,271 building sale and purchase agreements were submitted for registration in June, an increase of 12.9% compared to the previous month and a 38.6% increase compared to the same period last year. The total value of these agreements was 664 billion Hong Kong dollars, a 33.2% increase month-on-month and a 61.6% increase year-on-year.
Among the above sale and purchase agreements, there were 5,955 residential building sale and purchase agreements, an increase of 16.7% compared to the previous month and a 54.4% increase compared to the same period last year. The total value of these residential building sale and purchase agreements was 611 billion Hong Kong dollars, a 59.7% increase compared to the previous month and a 77% increase compared to the same period last year.
