The Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong (SFC) issued a statement welcoming the introduction of the Order Routing Service on the Integrated Fund Platform by Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (Hong Kong Stock Exchange).

Cathy Choi, Executive Director of the Investment Products Division at the SFC, stated that the Order Routing Service, by enhancing connectivity between different market participants, will significantly improve the efficiency of the fund distribution ecosystem. It is expected to benefit cost optimization within the fund sales chain and enhance the overall competitiveness of the retail fund market in Hong Kong.
