COSMO LADY (02298) announced that Mr. Zheng Yaonan has retired as a member of the company's nomination committee, while Ms. Wu Xiaoli, an executive director of the company, has been appointed as a member of the nomination committee, effective July 1, 2025. Mr. Zheng and Ms. Wu will maintain their other positions on the board of directors unchanged.
