Baosteel Metal intends to acquire a total of 49.589578 million shares of Baowu Magnesium Technology (5% of the total share capital of the listed company) held by Mr. Mei Xiaoming and Mr. Zhu Yuehai under the agreement. This includes 40.795963 million shares of unrestricted shares held by Mr. Mei Xiaoming (4.11% of the total share capital of the listed company), and 8.793615 million shares held by Mr. Zhu Yuehai (0.89% of the total share capital of the listed company). The transfer price of this stock transfer agreement is 11.94 yuan per share, with a total transfer price of 592 million yuan.
