CONCORD HC GP (02453) announced that on June 24, 2025, the company received a notice from Shanghai Xinhao (holding 13,333,332 shares of the company's domestic stock). The partner meeting held on June 24, 2025, was deliberated and approved by Shanghai Xinhao. In order to further optimize the decision-making process of Shanghai Xinhao's operations, Shanghai Yixing will no longer be a limited partner of Shanghai Xinhao, and Shanghai Xinfu Enterprise Management Center (Limited Partnership) ultimately controlled by Yang Jianyu will no longer be a general partner of Shanghai Xinhao. After the change, each partner of Shanghai Xinhao will be independent of Yang Jianyu and their affiliated persons. Therefore, Shanghai Xinhao will no longer be a member of the company's controlling shareholders. As of the date of this announcement, Yang Jianyu and his controlled entities, including Morgancreek Investment Holdings Limited, Concord Medical, Ascendium Group Limited, Shanghai Huifu Technology Development Co., Ltd., Taihe Cheng Hospital Management Group Co., Ltd., Shanghai Yixing, Tianjin Taihe Cheng, and Beijing Taihe Cheng, still hold interests in 192,274,636 shares of domestic stock and 63,859,100 H shares, accounting for 34.85% of the total issued share capital of the company and the voting rights at the shareholders' meeting, and still serve as the controlling shareholder of the company.
