AEON STORES (00984) announced that on June 24, 2025, AEON STORES Guangdong (as the tenant) entered into a lease agreement with Tianhe City Group (as the landlord) for a period of 8 years, from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2033 (including both dates). AEON STORES Guangdong has been leasing the original premises to operate its retail business. The total rent payable during the lease term under the lease agreement is approximately RMB 101.6 million (excluding taxes, management fees, other expenses, and expenditures). The premises are located at the B113 and B114 shops on the basement level of Tianhe City Shopping Center at 208 Tianhe Road, Tianhe District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, China (including the warehouses on the second and third basement levels).
