CHI HO DEV(08423) issued a profit warning, expecting the annual performance to turn from a profit to a loss of HK$12-13 million compared to the previous year.

CHI HO DEV(08423) announced that it is expected to have a net comprehensive loss of 12 million to 13 million Hong Kong dollars for the year ending on March 31, 2025, compared to a net comprehensive profit of approximately 10.1 million Hong Kong dollars for the year ending on March 31, 2024. The expected loss is mainly due to impairment loss of approximately 16 million Hong Kong dollars in equity account and a decrease in gross profit from decoration projects.
