SAU SAN TONG (08200) announced that the group is expected to incur a loss of approximately 50 million Hong Kong dollars for the fiscal year ending on March 31, 2025, compared to a loss of approximately 14 million Hong Kong dollars in the same period in 2024. The reason for the increase in the net loss is a decrease in revenue from the distribution and sales of cosmetics and skincare products in China by about 21%, due to consumer confidence being suppressed; and a decrease in fair value changes of financial assets recognized in profit or loss by approximately 34 million Hong Kong dollars.
