INTL (03626) announcement, Mr. Fung Ka Chu is no longer authorized representative for (i) under Part 16 of the Company Ordinance Chapter 622 of the Hong Kong Legal Act to receive legal proceedings documents and notifications on behalf of the company in Hong Kong, effective from June 17, 2025; and (ii) authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, effective from June 20, 2025. Executive Director Ms. Cai Xinyue has been appointed to replace Mr. Fung as the legal proceedings agent and authorized representative effective from June 17, 2025 and June 20, 2025 respectively.
