In addition, the announcement includes details of (i) the company's collaboration with Shenzhen Ronghui Renhe Life Science and Technology Co., Ltd.; and (ii) the company or its subsidiaries' plan to increase capital to Chengdu Langgu Biotechnology Co., Ltd.
