JIMU GROUP (08187) announce that Dr. Dong Bin has resigned from the position of Executive Director of the company, effective from June 19, 2025, in order to devote more time to his other business commitments. After resigning from the position of Executive Director, Dr. Dong will also no longer serve as a member of the Remuneration Committee, Nomination Committee, and Risk Management Committee of the board.
