CHINA POWER (02380) announced that on June 17, 2025, in accordance with the current registration of Debt Financing Instruments (DFI) at the Market Traders Association of Bank of China, the company issued the second tranche of medium-term notes for this year in the People's Republic of China. The total amount of the notes is 2 billion yuan, with an annual interest rate of 1.70% and a maturity of 3 years.
