EPRINT GROUP (01884) expects the annual comprehensive loss attributable to shareholders to decrease by no more than 28.4%

EPRINT GROUP (01884) announced that the comprehensive loss attributable to equity holders of the company for the year ending March 31, 2025 is expected to decrease by no more than 28.4% compared to the year ending March 31, 2024, which was approximately HK$8.3 million. The main reasons for the expected decrease in comprehensive loss for the year ending March 31, 2025 are: the Group's gross profit margin improved during the year ending March 31, 2025; and gains from the sale of properties, factory buildings, and equipment, as well as fair value gains recognized on financial assets measured at fair value through profit or loss, are expected to reverse the other net loss of approximately HK$6.2 million for the year ending March 31, 2024 to other net income of approximately HK$0.4 million for the year ending March 31, 2025.
