On June 9th, Hong Kong Dollar interbank rates generally fell, with the one-month interbank rate related to mortgages falling for five consecutive days to 0.55982%, hitting a new low since June 15, 2022. Overnight rates also dropped to 0.02%, the lowest since June 5th.
The three-month interbank rate, which reflects banks' funding costs, fell by nearly 2 basis points to 1.71964%, the lowest since June 2nd. The six-month and one-year interbank rates also decreased to 2.42316% and 3.03952% respectively.
