Organization and Implementation (1) Project Application The reporting unit should refer to the "Siasun Robot&Automation Pair-up Research and Pilot Project Application Form Outline" (referred to as the application form, Attachment 2) to compile. The reporting unit is responsible for the truthfulness of the application content and ensures that the application materials do not involve state secrets or commercial secrets. (2) Organizational Recommendation 1. The recommending units are the industrial and information technology authorities, civil affairs departments (bureaus) of provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. The central enterprises recommend through the recommending units of their respective provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government). The recommendation work should follow the principles of government guidance and voluntary participation of reporting units. 2. Each recommending unit should rigorously review and evaluate based on actual work. Through expert arguments, research comparisons, and material reviews, fill out the "Siasun Robot&Automation Pair-up Research and Pilot Project Recommendation Summary Form" (referred to as the recommendation summary form, Attachment 3) in priority order. (4) Pilot Implementation The pilot unit must complete the pair-up research and pilot tasks within 2 years from the date of confirmation on the list. After the completion of the pilot task, the equipment industry unit of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Elderly Service Department of the Ministry of Civil Affairs will organize experts to assess the implementation of the pilot project through material review, technical evaluation, on-site inspections, etc. (5) Results Promotion and Policy Support 1. Carry out promotion and publicity. The results of the pilot project will be displayed and promoted through the websites of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Civil Affairs, the "Siasun Robot&Automation+" supply and demand docking and application promotion public service platform, the national elderly service information platform, and other channels. Key publicity and promotion will also be carried out in subsequent supply and demand docking activities. 2. Strengthen policy support. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Ministry of Civil Affairs will coordinate the use of relevant policies and resources to support typical pilot projects that can solve pain points, have advanced technological levels, innovative models, and promotion experience. Encourage recommending units to increase support for recommended projects and reporting units in terms of policies, funds, and resource allocation based on actual situations. If there are severe safety hazards during the pilot project and they are not rectified in a timely manner, or if safety accidents, serious illegal events, or socially harmful incidents occur, the pilot qualification of the relevant entity will be terminated.
