DTXS SILK ROAD (00620) announced that Mr. Cai Hongtu has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the company and will serve as the chairman of the audit committee, as well as a member of the nomination committee and remuneration committee, effective from June 6, 2025. Mr. Guo Zhicheng's term as an independent non-executive director of the company has expired, and due to his intention to devote more time to personal matters, he has decided not to seek reappointment after the expiration of his term. After his term expires, Mr. Guo Zhicheng will no longer serve as the chairman of the audit committee, nor as a member of the nomination committee and remuneration committee, effective from June 6, 2025.
