The Registrar of Companies in Bermuda also issued a second Name Registration Certificate on May 6, 2025, confirming the adoption of the Chinese name "Siasun Robot&Automation Group Holding Limited" as the company's second name in Bermuda, replacing its old Chinese name "CHINA BEST Group Holding Limited" (adopted by the company for identification purposes and not registered in Bermuda). The company also obtained a Certificate of Change of Name Registration for Non-Hong Kong Companies on May 27, 2025, from the Registrar of Companies in Hong Kong, confirming that the English name "Hong Kong Robotics Group Holding Limited" and the Chinese name "Siasun Robot&Automation Group Holding Limited" have been registered in Hong Kong in accordance with Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622) of Hong Kong.
